described below govern the use of this site (referred to as
"Riatas-n-Roses Western Store" or "riatasnroses.com"). Your use and
/or placement of any order indicates your acceptance of these
Conditions.

We, at Riatas~n~Roses, do not sell, trade, or
distribute our customer's personal information. We keep your
personal information private and secure. We use this information
only to process your orders and to keep you updated on your orders.

To keep you informed about our
latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, sales,
specials, and new additions to the Riatas-n-Roses Western Store
site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the
unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from
us.

Other sites accessible through our site have their own
privacy policies and data collection practices. Please consult each
site's privacy policy. Riatas-n-Roses Western Store is not
responsible for the actions of third

Orders
May be placed by using the shopping cart on this site,
or you can snail mail or email your order to us. There is a
printable order form available on this site. Mail orders must
include payment by check or money order. All checks must have your
name, address, and telephone number printed on the front of the
check. Orders paid by check will take an additional 5 days for
verification. NSF checks will be charged a $25.00 fee. Back orders
will be shipped to you at no extra charge when the item is
available.
Credit
Cards
This
site uses Paypal to
collect credit card orders. There is no surcharge for using your
credit card to make purchases with Riatas-n-Roses Western Store or
Paypal. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and
telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card
bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay
in processing your order.
Money Orders, Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks,
Company Checks, & COD Orders
Riatas-n-Roses accepts money orders, personal checks,
cashier's checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. We do not
send orders COD.
Returns and Exchanges
If
any part of your order is unsatisfactory, you may return it for
exchange or refund.
We have a 14 day return policy from the
time you receive your items. If, for some reason, you are not
satisfied with your purchase, simply call us at (775)
428-2139 for a Return Merchandise Authorization #. Then
return your item, in its' original package. The item you are
returning must be in brand new, unused condition. Personalized or
custom orders are not returnable. Shipping is non-refundable.
Returns must be Pre-paid. We do not accept
COD's.

Shipping:
Expect
delivery in 7-10 business days after we receive your order, except
orders paid with a check. Orders paid with a check may
take up to 5 more business days due to time it takes to clear the
check. We cannot guarantee when an order will
arrive. Personalized, custom make-up, and drop-shipped items
require additional delivery time. A flat rate freight charge will
apply to any extra large or heavy items. We do not ship
outside the United States.

site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned
and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that Riatas-n-Roses
Western Store is not responsible for the operation of or content
located on or through any such site.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price
due to a typographical error, or error in pricing information
received from our suppliers, Riatas-n-Roses Western Store shall have
the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed
at the incorrect price. Riatas-n-Roses shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been
confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has
already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled,
we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in
the amount of the incorrect price.
Riatas-n-Roses Western Store reserves the right to
make changes to this site and these Conditions at any
time.
